Shiping Policy 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders confirmed after 6 PM may be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended.

Once processed, your order will be handed over to our delivery partner.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 working days

  • Alexandria: 2–4 working days

  • Delta & Canal Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Upper Egypt: 3–7 working days

  • Remote areas: May require additional time

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or seasonal demand.
Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you will be notified in case of any unexpected delay.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on your location and will be clearly presented at checkout before confirming your order.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized orders.


4. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. A confirmation message with your order details.

  2. A shipping update once the order has been dispatched.

  3. Delivery notifications through our courier partner.

If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact our support team.


5. Address Changes

To request an address change before shipment, simply send us a message.
If the order has already been shipped, changes are subject to courier availability and may incur an additional fee.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make one or more attempts to deliver your package:

  • If you are unavailable, they may contact you by phone.

  • If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be returned to us.

A re-delivery fee may apply for orders returned due to customer unavailability.


7. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers may inspect the package externally at the time of delivery.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  • Refuse the shipment,
    OR

  • Accept it and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos.

We will assist you immediately.


8. Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the maximum expected timeframe:

  • You have the right to request a status update,

  • A replacement,

  • Or a refund, depending on the situation—according to Egyptian consumer rights.

We will always inform you promptly of any delay.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate directly with the courier to investigate.

  • If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customers are never responsible for courier errors.
