Refund Policy

1. Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 29 working days from the date of receiving your order.

This policy aligns with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which grants customers the right to return or exchange products within a reasonable period, provided they are in their original condition.


2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, especially for sterilized personal items such as earrings, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition.

  • The product must be unused, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

  • For safety and sterilization reasons, any opened or unsealed earring cannot be returned or exchanged.

These conditions are permitted under Egyptian law for personal-use or sterilized items that cannot be resold once opened.


3. Non-Returnable Items

According to Article 17 and Article 27 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, the following items are excluded from return/exchange if opened:

  • Earrings (sterilized items)

  • Personal care accessories

  • Any hygiene-related product that cannot be restored to its original condition


4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Wrong

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not matching the description

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include photos for verification.

This right is protected under Articles 9 and 56 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Send us a message through our official page or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number and the name {firstName}.

  3. Explain whether you want a return or an exchange.

  4. Our team will respond promptly and arrange pickup if applicable.

Pick-up fees may apply depending on the location unless the item was defective or incorrect.


6. Refund Method

After approval:

  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used or via wallet/bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery.

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider.


7. Changing Delivery Address

If you want to update your delivery address before your order is shipped, simply send us a message.
